Calmo

Calmo now describes an SRE platform for investigating alerts and operational incidents. Evaluate evidence tracing and access scope in a non-production environment.

An operations tool, not a general assistant

Calmo's current site focuses on incident response, alert triage, root-cause investigation, and postmortems. It describes working with operational telemetry, code, and playbooks. That is more specific than a generic productivity label. Current product description.

Replay a resolved incident

Use a sanitized incident for which your team already knows the cause. Provide the approved logs, deployment timeline, and relevant runbook. Ask the tool to separate observations from hypotheses and identify what evidence would rule out each hypothesis.

Check whether its explanation cites the right time window and distinguishes the initiating fault from downstream symptoms. A plausible root-cause narrative without supporting events is not a completed investigation. Compare the result with the original postmortem and record missed evidence.

Establish an action boundary

Start with read-only access and human-approved recommendations. Before enabling any operational action, define the permitted systems, rollback procedure, audit trail, and escalation owner. Do not accept a vendor integration list as proof that your particular deployment is supported.

Review retention and secret handling before sending production logs, since diagnostic output may contain customer data or credentials. This directory has not connected Calmo to live infrastructure and makes no claim about incident-resolution speed or security certification.
