Gamma offers tools for presentations, documents, websites, and graphics. Its website lists exports including PowerPoint, PDF, PNG, and Google Slides. A shareable web presentation and an editable slide deck are different deliverables, so choose the required handoff before evaluating the design. Gamma product and export overview.
For a project update, start with a small outline: the decision needed, progress since the last update, evidence, remaining risks, and next steps. Supply figures you can substantiate. After generation, trace every statistic and quotation back to its source; remove invented examples that might be mistaken for customer results.
Try a deliberately awkward slide: a long customer name, a footnote, and a chart with several labels. View it on a phone and a laptop, then export it. Open the exported file in the application the recipient will use and check fonts, reading order, chart labels, and links. Do not assume the browser version and export behave identically.
Ask a colleague to revise one section without your help. Count how much content must be reconstructed, not only how quickly the first deck appears. A template-led presentation tool may be preferable when a rigid corporate master or detailed chart editing matters more than rapid first drafts.
Check the current plan's generation credits, branding, export options, and sharing controls. Use restricted access for internal material and inspect the shared link before sending it. This guide proposes a repeatable trial; it does not claim that Gamma has been independently benchmarked against another editor.
